Committees that power CICA

CICA is led by volunteers. Our committees focus on specific areas of work and are open to members who want to contribute time, skills, and ideas. Below is an initial structure that will evolve as the association grows.

• Programs & Events Committee – designs and delivers programs, gatherings, and community events.
• Membership & Outreach Committee – welcomes new members, manages communication, and grows our network.
• Youth & Students Committee – focuses on the needs, voices, and leadership of younger members.
• Community Support & Well-Being Committee – supports initiatives around mental health, seniors, and vulnerable members.
• Finance & Fundraising Committee – oversees budgets, fundraising campaigns, and sponsorships.
